The swipe file is where you will find all promotional copy for social media and emails and promo graphics so you can share with your network to promote the event.

July 9th | Speaker Information Deadline:
- 30-60 Second selfie video (1) introducing yourself and (2) sharing what you’re going to talk about and (3) encourage people to “join you” and register for the event (it’s completely free)
- The title and theme of your presentation
- Professional headshot for the event website and promotional material
August 20th | Session Talk Deadline:
- 15 Minute video submission
- 3 Interactive questions about your presentation (optional)
- 3 Quotes from your presentation (optional)
September 10th | Live (free) Event:
- The event goes Live!
October 10th | World Mental Health Day:
- Mental Health Sunday at your local church
- Live Stream from Movement Church
PLANNING YOUR SESSION:
The ideal talk format would include:
- Introduction: Offer a few sentences about yourself. Keep it brief, people can read more details on your speaker page.
- Hook: Outline clear actionable outcomes of your session. Focus on practical tools, strategies and resources.
- Meat: Your session should answer the question
- How do I …
- When should I…
- Why do I ...
- Next Steps: Point people to a download, resources, website etc. Focus on offering value, not self-promotion. No one enjoys a sales pitch. If you can offer value people will want more.
- Wrap-up: Tell people where to find you ie. socials, email, website
** Talks should be no more than 20 min. Past events show that viewers begin to drop off after 10min.
RECORDING GUIDELINES:
- To have a professional-looking video, shoot in a space that is well lit. These videos will serve as a resource for thousands of people
- Do not shoot in 4k.
- Audio is best when you use a microphone (lapel, ear mic, hand-held) located close to you.
- Looking directly into the camera, not at the screen (if using a laptop)
- Please only provide one video file for your talk. We are not able to edit.
- No music added
- Slides/Powerpoint may be used at your discretion.
- Neutral clothing and background with no logos, words, promotional materials, etc. for ministries.
- We will insert lower graphics according to your speaker information form. ie. name, title, organization etc.
