So ... What's a Cohort?
I'm so glad you asked! ;)
A cohort is a small group of Care Ministry leaders learning and growing together.
For five months, you'll meet regularly for training, coaching, practical application, and connection with other leaders who understand Care Ministry.
You'll have space to learn, ask questions, work through real challenges, and take meaningful next steps in your ministry.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
What's Included:
COMMUNITY
No more going it alone.
Connect with Care Ministry leaders who understand the challenges you face. Share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from one another.
PRACTICAL TOOLS
Move from learning to action.
Get practical frameworks, resources, and tools designed to help you apply what you're learning in your church.
COACHING
Bring your real ministry challenges.
Get support, feedback, and space to work through what's happening in your ministry and determine your next steps.
JOIN THE COHORT
Save your seat for January 2027
Both cohorts run five months and include live sessions, small-group coaching, and a community of care leaders. The difference is what you're working on.
